Cosmetic tattooing involves the precise and artistic placement of tattoo pigment to the face to give a "permanent make-up" effect, especially to eyebrows and lips. Lips look fuller and pinker, brows are darker and precisely sculpted to frame the eye. Then again, pigments do not last forever, but tend to persist around two or three years. Fashions change, our faces change (of course for the better if our other treatments are being applied) and so permanent tattooing lasting literally forever are now less popular (but still available).
