Tarso Soares is our man for muscles.
He has a Bachelor degree in Physical Education, is a Certificate III Gym Instructor, a Certificate IV Personal Trainer, an Austswim qualified Swim Instructor, and has completed over 20 extracurricular courses in weight training, massage, exercise evaluation and prescription, sports nutrition, stretching, trekking, climbing and sports performance.
Tarso himself is a competitive Iron Man (3.8km swim then 180km cycle then 42km run!) With all that under his belt you might expect a macho, ego-driven attitude from this guy, but he's got the ever-sunny, ever-pleasant, ever-humble demeanor Brazilians are famous for.
(But don't think he won't push you ... he'll just be smiling as he does)
