before. Feeling a bit box-shaped, and bit bloated, we sought liposuction to belly, love handles and lower bra bumps (the folds under the circumferential bra strap). 

4 days after. The belly is flatter, the hips a better shape, the waist appears taller and is narrower. At this early stage there is still fluid in the treated areas, so we expect further improvement as this fluid clears. There is also a line of bruising to be seen just above the centre of her underwear. This has sunk to the lowest point on her abdomen. It will clear perfectly well over the next few days.

4 days after. There is some bruising to see. The belly is flatter. We couldn't make it perfectly wash-board flat because she has some fat deep inside her abdomen, called intra-abdominal fat, surrounding her internal organs. This intra-abdominal fat is not accessible to liposuction.
The skin is still a little loose at the base of her abdomen. It will of course firm up over the forthcoming weeks and months. 
The crease under the bra-bump is diminished, and the fullness of the love handle reduced.

before. Same story as for the other side. Her unwanted fat was pretty symmetrical.

4 days later. The result of the liposuction is also pretty symmetrical. One of the tiny incisions is visible low on the abdomen, just in front of her iliac crest ("hip bone"). It will heal up wonderfully well.
