Dr John Mahony
Dr John Mahony MBBS FFMACCS.
Dr.Mahony graduated from Sydney University in 1985 and was practice principal of Newtown Medical Centre for ten years from 1993. In 1996 he became a member of the Australasian College of Nutritional and Enviromental Medicine, and in 1999 he entered the field of cosmetic medicine.

Dr.Mahony was admitted as an inaugural Fellow of the Faculty of Medicine of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery in 2002 and opened Peach Cosmetic Medicine, in Paddington in 2003. His cosmetic interests run to the whole gamut of the field but he is especially excited about the results he is getting with liposculpture.

Mesotherapy/lipodissolve has really taken off as a popular treatment in the practice. Stitch lifting to the face using the Fernandes technique remains a strong interest, and now Dr Mahony offers a new and potent form of fractionated laser resurfacing, similar but more powerful than the Fraxel systems now in vogue.

But he is still your man for "wrinkle injections", lip filling, and especially "orbital rim" filling, using fillers to fix the dark circles many people have under their eyes.
